This Recipe is a quick easy mid week meal that will make everyone happy!

  • 500g beef/pork mince blend

    ½ cup Panko breadcrumbs OR gluten free bread crumbs

    1 large egg

  • ½ large zucchini, grated

    1 small carrot, grated

    ½ cup of cheese OR ½ nutritional yeast

  • 1 teaspoon mixed herbs

    1 teaspoon garlic salt

    1 teaspoon coarse salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

    Zoo Pasta to serve

    Mingle Spag-Bol Seasoning (plus the ingredients listed on the packet to make the sauce)

  • Step 1: Peheat oven to 200 degrees and line a tray with baking paper.

    In a large bowl, mix ingredients with your hands (or a fork) until evenly combined.

    Roll mixture into golf ball sized balls. If your mixture is a bit sticky, wet your hands to roll them into balls. Place evenly on your baking tray.

  • Step 2: Bake for about 20 minutes, or until meatballs have reached your desired golden brown colour

    Remove from oven and allow meatballs to rest or transfer to a pan with sauce and let simmer.

  • Step 3: While your meatballs are cooking, follow the instructions on the Mingle Seasoning Spag Bol packet to make your sauce and cook the Zoo Pasta according to the instructions.
