    1/3 cup maple syrup
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    Pinch of sea salt

200 g dairy free choc chips
    1 tsp coconut oil

  • Line an 8×8 brownie pan with baking paper or Agreena Wraps

  • Step 1: To make the base layer, add the ingredients into a food processor & blend until it resembles fine crumbs and sticks together when pressed.

  • Step 2: To make the caramel layer, drain and rinse the cashews and then add all the ingredients to a processor until completely combined and smooth.

Scrap the sides down as needed.

  • Step 3: Spoon the mixture onto the base and smooth the top down. Place in the fridge to set.

  • Step 4: To make the chocolate layer, melt the coconut and chocolate oil in saucepan on low heat. Once melted, pour over the slice and pop back into the freezer to set.

The slice is much easier to cut when it is frozen.

Keep stored in the fridge so it doesn’t melt!into your favourite mug and sprinkle with cinnamon to finish.
